Our Company Founder
Dickinson, Doyle Franklin 95 Dec. 02, 1917 April 26, 2013 Doyle was born in Hurricane, Utah, the second of 10 children. As a young man, he traveled to all 48 states. He moved to Portland in 1939 and was trained to be a Merchant Marine electrician. He sailed on tankers in the Atlantic and Pacific in WWII. After the war ended, he married beautiful Josephine Goad and became an electrical contractor. He has lived in Lake Oswego since 1958. He enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, auctions, selling electrical breakers, boating, water skiing, horses, hunting, traveling, his gun collection and Scuba diving. He served in the LDS church, supported Boy Scouts, and received his 70 year pin from the electrical union.
